Alexis Kraft

Alexis Kraft founded Kraft Studio in January 2000. Kraft Studio is a multi-disciplinary firm, with capabilities in all aspects of fabricated environments. Alexis Kraft is a graduate of Parsons School of Design and Columbia Graduate School of Architecture. Prior to creating Kraft Studio, he was a designer/architect at Smith-Miller + Hawkinson, Polshek Partnership, Edward Mills and Associates, and PM Wheelwright and Associates. He also teaches in the Architecture Department at Parsons School of Design. His teaching responsibilities include Design Studio and a Lecture/Studio class on Materials. He has been on the faculty at Parsons since 2002. He has been a visiting lecturer and critic at many design schools, including: Columbia, Yale, UC Berkeley, Cranbrook Academy, RPI, Pratt Institute, NJIT, City College and Cornell.
